Planning committee meetings
The planning committee meets every fourth Wednesday at 7.30pm at the Council Office in Sunningdale. The dates are up on the Parish Council notice boards and the agendas are added at least three days before the meeting.

Tuesday morning planning surgery
If you would like to view planning applications or talk to a councillor, a surgery is held every Tuesday morning between 10.00am and 12.00pm at the Council Office in Sunningdale. There is no need to make an appointment.
Thursday evening planning surgery
Please note that Thursday evening planning surgeries are now by appointment only.
