Recreation Ground

The Parish Council is rightly proud of its renovated recreation ground. A lot of people say it’s the best in the area – clean and safe.

The Teen Scene equipment for the over 12s is also proving a real attraction. A pod swing has been added.

The Rec is at its best when you can also get refreshments in the Community Room at the Pavilion but Friday Teas have been suspended because of the weather.

The open recreation ground is available for you to enjoy, to picnic or play games. You are asked to keep this area tidy for the enjoyment of others.

You can hire the Pavilion for £10 an hour and combine it with games or a bouncy castle outside – ideal for birthday parties or community gatherings.

Tennis courts

The tennis courts can be booked at the cost of £3.00 per hour per court weekdays and weekends. Bookings can be made by putting your name on the sheet to the side of the Parish Council office; your money should be put through the letterbox close to where the list is located.
