Planning committee meetings
The planning committee meets once every 4 weeks - on a Wednesday at 7.30pm at the Council Office in Sunningdale. Upcoming dates can be found on the home page (under Forthcoming Events) as well as on the Parish Council notice boards. Agendas are added to the notice boards at least three days before the meeting.

Tuesday morning planning surgery
If you would like to view planning applications or talk to a councillor, a surgery is held every Tuesday morning between 10.00am and 12.00pm at the Council Office in Sunningdale. There is no need to make an appointment.
Thursday evening planning surgery
Please note that Thursday evening planning surgeries are now by appointment only.
